Answers To Frequently Asked Questions:

• You need to be a registered postgraduate student at a university.

• A one-time payment is required. Proof of payment should be submitted along with the title and the abstract in the registration form provided below.

• The registration fee for the PG Colloquium presenter is RM270.00 per submission. See Fee.

• The colloquium is on the 2nd day of the Convention i.e. 6th February 2024. See Agenda

• An invitation letter will be sent via email once we have verified your payment.

• Your presentation should not exceed 15 minutes. There will be a Q&A session after each presentation, if time permits.

• You can present in Bahasa Malaysia or English.

• Your study does not need to be a completed research study. It can be ongoing research, and you can share the progress of your work. This is a perfect avenue for you to get some early feedback.

• The last date for registration is 25th January 2024.

Proposed Structure of Your Presentation (15 minutes):

• Introduction to your study/research.

• State the problem you are trying to solve.

• What other researchers have done.

• Share your key points/findings/progress.

• Conclude.

Publication:

• All submitted abstracts will be published in the 17th IMETC Proceedings.

• Qualifying studies can be considered to be submitted as full papers and to be published under the PTPM-META's journal. Authors will be notified after the convention.
